Age Verification

We are using email submission of driver's licenses for age verification only until we are able to integrate a User Profile system into place.

Why we don't just use the pop-up

We aren't using the "Are You 18+?" pop-up as it purely relies on honesty. Let us be frank, when has a child come up against something as simple as that and said, "Oh, darn. I came to this site/section specifically to view "naughty" content and now I can't because I MUST answer this question HONESTLY"? So, instead we are doing our due diligence to prevent minors from viewing or accessing adult exclusive content.
At this time, it is the manual, inconvenient for everyone involved, confirmation of age and identity on your driver's license.

What happens to the image after it is sent to A.E.

After the license has been confirmed, a screen capture log of us deleting the image, then emptying it from our recycling bin, and the deletion of the email that image was attached to will be sent as an attachment with the password or denial.
